SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping for UK mainland Orders of any size or value.
Orders received before midday on a working weekday (Monday to Friday except for bank holidays) will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class post within 24 hours. Expect your order arrive within 2-3 days of shipping, although if the order is received before midday, your package may arrive the very next day.
Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (except when this falls on a bank holiday).
All orders over the value of £50 will automatically be sent via traceable postal service free of charge.
Please note that this service will require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody available at your address to provide a signature, you will receive a notification from your postman to let you know to arrange redelivery or to collect your parcel from the sorting office.
We will email you a reference number with confirmation of shipping, so you can check on your order online. Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly; we will send out a confirmation email with the address on it so do check that it is correct and let us know if there are any errors.
If an address has been entered incorrectly by the customer and an order is returned to us, replacements (if requested) will be sent at the cost of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Due to some of our products being packaged in glass, occasionally items may arrive broken or damaged. If you experience this please send the product back to us at the address below within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will send you an immediate replacement. Please note refunds will be issued according to price paid and payment method at the time of purchase.
If you need to return damaged goods to us we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage form. With any return items please enclose details of your order reference, name and contact details, together with replacement or refund preference and a receipt of postage cost of returning the item so that we can reimburse this to you.

Cancelling Your Order
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
A full refund for the cost of the product being cancelled, not including the original postage, will be authorised upon our receipt of your cancellation notification.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to Natural Life CBD Ltd, in the same condition that you received them, following cancellation the cost of postage to return the item(s) is also your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Importantly, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancellation.
